What the portal collects

We collect your work email, company registration and VAT details, billing and delivery addresses, contact name, phone number, order requests, contact enquiries, call booking details, and related correspondence. Passwords are stored as protected hashes.

How your information is used

We use these details to verify business applications, provide your trade prices, handle requests, invoices and pro formas, respond to enquiries, arrange calls and delivery, and maintain our business records. Account and order emails are transactional. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing.

Who can access it

Authorized members of our team can access the information needed to manage your account and orders. Hosting and transactional email providers process information necessary to operate the portal. Delivery details may be shared with the carrier arranging your shipment.

Public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and automated abuse.

Questions and corrections

Please contact us if you need to correct your details or request access to or deletion of personal information. Some business records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
